February 2-5 catch-up

Here are some pictures of the February birds on my list. The first two were actually taken in late January, but I've seen them in February too. The rest were all taken from either my computer chair or the deck just outside of this room yesterday.

Friday Skywatch

I forgot it was Friday! So two posts today. Maybe that will help with all the days I don't post at all.

These are taken from a famous birding spot in Mt. Pleasant, SC, call the Pitt Street Causeway. It's really good birding at low tide, but we were there at high tide. Still there were a lot of pelicans and seagulls to watch and enjoy.

The first picture is of the Ravenel Bridge--only a couple of years old and the longest bridge of this construction in the country. Lots of sky behind it to make it fit into the category.
