Deer in the Mist

This is Thursday's post, but I can't get anything else to load besides this video. Too bad, there are some nice pictures. So there'll be no introductory pictures for Deer in the Mist. These deer appreared very early in the morning when the sun was just coming up and the mists were rising from the creek. Note in the video that the deer on the left never stops chewing and the one on the right is pruning the tree for us.

Be sure to have the sound on--the morning chorus of birds is good. All the crows in the background were mobbing a great horned owl that I heard calling too, but I can't hear it on the video

  6. Thanks, everyone! I must have been on the blogger bad list because I tried three more times this morning too. But then it suddenly worked, so I've put the other pictures up for today. I'll probably do another which will really be for today too.

  7. Love the deer in mist video. You're right about the chorus of birds. My two cats perked up their ears at the sounds of it. (They probably thought I was playing their birds and squirrels cat entertainment dvd.) Heh, heh.
